Select and handle a group of plants or cells

How to do it

  1. Press «Select» on the floating panel in the bottom right corner of the screen.
  2. Mark the cells by tapping, by dragging a finger or by a mouse frame; or press «All empty» or «All seedlings».
  3. Open the action menu with a long tap or a right click.
  4. Pick an action: «Plant in all», move, «Harvest», «Discard» or change the parameters.

When it is available

  • Available to an editor and an administrator.

Important

  • The kind of selection - empty cells or plants - is fixed by the first pick.
  • A batch operation is carried out in full or not at all: there is no partial result.

If you see a message

  • «No cells selected» - no cell is selected. Mark the cells before running the operation.
  • «No plants selected» - no plant is selected.
  • «The selection contains an empty cell» - there is an empty cell among the selected ones, and the operation applies to plants only. Deselect it.
  • «Not enough free cells from the drop point: … needed, … available» - the destination box has fewer free cells than there are plants in the selection. The message names how many are needed and how many there are.
  • «The selection contains a plant that does not exist» - some of the selected plants have already been removed by another member. Refresh the map and select again.
