Understand why support asks for your email address

How to do it

  1. Open the support request form and fill in «Your address for the reply».
  2. If you are signed in, the address is taken from your account - there is nothing to type.
  3. If you are not signed in, a code is sent to the address you entered; type it into the form. This is how we confirm the address exists and belongs to you.
  4. The answer arrives by email to that same address. You can reply straight to that email - your reply lands in the same request instead of opening a new one.

When it is available

  • The address is always required: without it there is nowhere to send the answer.
  • For a signed-in person the address comes from the account. If the account has none, the form says so plainly: «Your account has no email address, so we have nowhere to reply. Ask your farm administrator to add one - the form will work after that» - the farm administrator adds it.

Important

  • The address is used only to answer this request. No advertising and no mailing lists: the product does not send marketing email without your separate consent and does not use personal data for advertising - this is stated in the privacy policy.
  • Personal data is not sold to third parties.
  • Whoever handles the request sees the address along with the conversation. That is what makes it possible to answer you and to recognise you if you write again.
  • Dots in the address and anything after a «+» are not distinguished: for the product it is the same address.
  • The reply may land in the Spam folder - if the answer is slow to arrive, it is worth looking there.
