Record a solution measurement

How to do it

1. Open the box card.
2. Press «Measure».
3. Enter pH and one of the values - EC or TDS.
4. If needed, set the measurement date, the TDS conversion scale and the water and air temperatures.
5. Press «Add measurement».

When it is available

• Available to an editor and an administrator.
• The box has a solution in it.

Important

• The measurement date may be backdated, but not later than today and not earlier than the fill date of the current solution.
• Entering only EC or only TDS is enough - the other value is calculated automatically by the chosen scale.
• A recorded measurement can be corrected later through the «History» window.

If you see a message

• «Measurement date cannot be earlier than the solution fill date» - the measurement date is earlier than the solution fill. The measurement belongs to a period that has not started yet.
• «Measurement date cannot be later than the solution drain date» - the measurement date is later than the solution drain. That period is already closed.
• «Specify what was measured: tds or ec» - it is not stated what was measured, TDS or EC. These are different values, and the app does not guess.
• «TDS scale: 500, 640 or 700» - the TDS scale is only 500, 640 or 700. It is printed on your meter.
• «Measurement not found» - the measurement has been deleted by another member. Refresh the list of measurements.
