Contacts are seen and edited by the farm OWNER ONLY. For other members the names in the list do not open, and they get no contacts - neither on the screen nor in the server's answer.
The email address in the card is shown for reading. It serves as the way into the farm, so it is changed where the username and the password are - in the member card.
The phone is recorded in international form. The country is picked in a separate field, the number is typed without its code - the app builds the international form itself.
The number is checked against the numbering plan of the chosen country: one too short or too long for it will not be saved. Every country has its own number length, there is no single rule.
The phone belongs to the person and goes away with them: when a member leaves the farm, the number disappears completely.
THE NOTE STAYS WITH THE FARM even after a member leaves. This is not an oversight but its purpose: going through the operation log a year later you will see a name only, and the note will remind you who that was. Write it so that it is still appropriate after the parting.
The note is visible to the farm owner, not to the member.
Members who have left are gathered under the «Former members» fold at the bottom of the same screen: the name, the date of leaving and the note. There are no contacts there - they went away with the account.
The list of members, the roles and the rights are in the same user management screen.
«Check the number: it does not match any numbering plan» - the number does not match any numbering plan. Check the country code and the number of digits.
«User not found» - the member has been removed from the farm. Refresh the list of members.
