Look at the box map

How to do it

  1. Tap the box you need in the box bar at the top - it becomes active and its map appears on the screen.
  2. The map shows the cells with their addresses; occupied cells are marked with a colour and the variety sign.
  3. Cell coordinates - the axis letters and the row numbers - are printed on all four sides of the map, so a cell is easy to find from any edge.

When it is available

  • Available to every role, including a viewer.

Important

  • Tapping the icon of the ALREADY ACTIVE box opens the box card, not the map: the name, the solution and the dates are edited there. The second tap is only needed when the box was not active before.
  • On the Work Area the map is SCHEMATIC: the cells stand in an even grid, and the distances between them do not repeat the physical box. The true proportions of the cover are shown by the box type catalogue; on the map they appear only for boxes whose type carries a cover layout.
  • The map fill matches the colour of this box's button in the bar - the active box is easy to recognise.
  • The box type is printed at the top left of the map: the number of cells and their diameter (for example, «25×40 mm»).
  • At the top right is the code of the solution in use and the number of days until it should be replaced; once the time is up, a red «time to replace» appears.
  • The days until replacement are counted from the fill date: by the term from the solution catalogue, and if no term is set there, by the average air temperature from the measurements of the current fill (the hotter it is, the earlier the replacement; the calculation is experimental).

If you see a message

  • «Box not found» - the box has been deleted by another member. Pick another box in the bar at the top.
  • «The cell is empty» - the cell is empty: the plant was removed while the map was open. Refresh the map.
