Learn what emails the product sends and what happens to your address

How to do it

  1. Open the Privacy Policy - the link stands on the sign-up screen next to the consent.
  2. Read the sections about what data is collected and how it is used.
  3. Write to support if questions are left after that: the product answers them by email.

When it is available

  • The policy is open to everyone, there is no need to sign in for it.

Important

  • THE PRODUCT SENDS NO ADVERTISING AND NO NEWSLETTERS. A marketing email is possible only with a person's separate consent, and the product asks nobody for such consent right now - which means there are no such emails.
  • Every email is a service one and comes in answer to an action: the code at sign-up, the link to confirm an address, the access recovery code, a notice about a changed password or address, a message about a new way of signing in, a confirmation of a support request.
  • The email address is not sold and is not passed on for advertising. It is needed to recognise a person at sign-in, to return access to the account and to send those very service messages.
  • The emails are sent by a third-party mail service - it handles the address on our instruction and only for delivery.
  • The product may write on an important account security matter even if the person asked for nothing: for example, when a new way of signing in was tied to the account. Such emails cannot be turned off, they protect access.
  • If an email has not arrived - look in the spam folder first: codes and links often settle there.
  • Confirming an address by the link from an email is described separately.
