Pick a ready market cover model¶

How to do it¶

Open «Reference data (DB tables)» in the menu and go to the «Box types» tab. Factory models sit in the common list and carry the «market» mark.
Find the model that matches the cover you bought: the row shows the number of cells and the grid size, with the layout drawing on the left.
To simply create boxes from it, nothing has to be built - switch its «In use» flag on and it shows up in the list when a box is added to the bar.
To adjust the layout for yourself, press «Copy»: the copy becomes your own and opens in the editor. The factory model itself stays untouched.

Factory models are available on any plan. A copy is already your own type, so it needs Pro (on Free - the one editor trial).

THERE IS NO SEPARATE «catalogue of market models» SCREEN in the app: factory models sit in the same box types list as your own and differ by the mark.
Market models are protected from changes; to correct the layout, make a copy. The box map is drawn in true proportion from the factory model.
An old type without cover geometry has nothing to copy, and the app says so: «This type has no geometry to copy».

«A factory model cannot be modified - make a copy» - a market model ships as a factory one and cannot be edited. Make a copy if you need changes.
«Cannot change the layout of a type that already has boxes» - the layout cannot be changed while boxes exist for this type.
