Open the calculations section and pick a calculation

How to do it

  1. Open the menu and pick «Calculations».
  2. Look through the list of calculations. They are grouped by purpose: planting planning, economics, production and forecast.
  3. Pick a calculation - its form opens.
  4. Fill in the fields and press «Calculate».

When it is available

  • The units of measurement come from the farm settings and are not set in the calculation form. The units in use are shown in the section header - «Farm units»; they can be switched right here without going to the «Configuration» section.

Important

  • The section fills up gradually. A calculation that does not exist yet is marked «= IN DEVELOPMENT =»: its place in the list is taken so that you can see what is coming, but it cannot be opened. As soon as the calculation appears, the mark comes off by itself.
  • Calculations marked «PRO» are visible on the free plan but do not run. This is deliberate: the product shows what it can do instead of hiding it.
  • A calculation changes nothing on the farm. It only reads: it looks at the plantings and counts, but does not move plants, harvest them or edit the catalogues.
  • Every calculation is built as a separate self-contained block, so the list in the section may differ from what you saw before: new calculations appear in it without updating the app.
